Make Your Easter Extra Fun at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong

Easter Party

On April 15 and 16, 2017, children dining with their parents at any of the hotel’s restaurants and lounge can join the special Easter party at no extra cost. Between 12:30 and 2:30 pm, kids can enjoy fun activities such as Easter egg hunting, Easter egg painting, cupcake decorating, a magic show and balloon twisting, washable tatoos and watching cartoons in the Kowloon Room located on the mezzanine level of the hotel. Hotel guests can also join the Golden Eggs Hunting competition for a chance to win amazing prizes. Children should really look forward to the kids’ buffet which will feature sweet delights and fresh juices from the bar.



Easter-inspired Dim Sum Creations at Shang Palace

Executive Chinese Chef Mok Kit Keung of the Michelin two-starred Shang Palace restaurant will add an Easter twist to traditional Chinese delicacies. Together with his team, he will prepare a range of Easter-themed and animal-shaped dim sums, such as Easter Chick Puffs filled with Diced Abalone and Chicken, Deep-Fried Taro Puff filled with Quail Egg, Steamed Quail Egg and Parma Ham Dumplings, Baked Barbecued Pork Buns with Raisin and Orange, and Steamed Rabbit Custard Buns among others. The Easter-inspired dim sum will be available during lunch between April 14 and 17, 2017.



Egg-stremely Egg-citing Easter at Café Kool

Between April 14 and 17, 2017, guests at Café Kool will be treated with a buffet menu of festive favorites and international dishes expertly prepared live in the restaurant's six open kitchens. The Easter feast will feature hot and cold selections, including Truffle Flavoured Steamed Egg Custard with Foie Gras, Grilled Baby Spring Lamb with Rosemary and Garlic Reduction, Gratin Honey Smoked Ham Pineapple Salsa, Easter Rice Tart, Italian Easter Cake and many more. The Easter lunch buffet is priced at HK$438 per adult and at HK$318 per child, while the festive dinner buffet is priced at HK $668 per adult and at HK$518 per child.



Easter Afternoon Tea Buffet at the Lobby Lounge

With a spectacular view of Victoria Harbour and of the Hong Kong Island skyline, Lobby Lounge is the best place to relax while enjoying the classic and elegant setting coupled with live music throughout the afternoon. Between April 14 and 17, 2017, an Easter-themed afternoon tea buffet will be available from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. for only HK$368 per adult and HK$308 per child. Guests can look forward to a selection of cuisines, including Parma Ham with Rock Melon, Smoked Salmon-Radish Deviled Eggs, Easter Leg of Lamb with Roasted Vegetables and Lavender, Chocolate and Pistachio Mousse Cake, Easter Rice Tart and many more.



Easter Goodies at Déli Kool

Between April 3 and 17, 2017, a range of sweet Easter goodies is in store at Déli Kool. Check out the Easter Fancy Chocolate Chicken in a Box, Net Egg with Gold Leaf, Bunny on Motorbike and many more. The hotel will also present mouthwatering Easter cakes, such as the Easter Rice Cake, Royal Orange Dome Cake and Chocolate Crème Brulee Mousse Cake. Guests can avail of a 10% early-bird discount for purchases made before April 10, 2017.
