Available daily from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, guests at the Horizon Club Lounge enjoy unlimited servings of wines, cocktails and premium liquors which they can pair with a selection of canapes and hot dishes.
There's also a live cooking station where you can enjoy two of Guilin's most popular dishes. The Guilin Rice Noodle is a rice noodle with a light gravy or broth mixed with herbs and aromatics. Guests can customize the dish with toppings and garnishing.
The Guilin Oil Tea is another popular delicacy which has a very distinctive taste. It has an earthy, bitter and herby taste with hints of sweetness and creaminess. The soup is served with puffed rice, chopped scallion, and crispy peanuts.
