The Brasserie is a specialty restaurant at Waldorf Astoria Bangkok serving French and Thai cuisine. The restaurant features an elegant interior design with floor to ceiling glass window and stylish seating areas. The restaurant has a U-shape floor plan where all dining tables are placed next to the glass windows.
The a la carte menu features a selection of French and Thai soups, salads, pasta, sandwiches, as well as entrees of meat, fish and vegetables.Some of the notable items on the menu are the Maine Lobster Risotto, Seared Foie Gras, Wagyu Beef Burger, Pan-seared Halibut Provencal, Thai Grilled River Prawn, Tofu Green Curry, Grilled Australian Rack of Lamb and Beef Bourguignon.
The Brasserie is open daily from 6:30am to 10:00pm. The restaurant is also the main breakfast venue of the hotel. The Brasserie welcomes both checked-in and non-stay guests.
