Hua Yuan Brasserie Chinoise at Hilton Manila

New Normal Dining, COVID-19 Update, New Offers

Hua Yuan Brasserie Chinoise has finally reopened last October 23 to again serve its Shanghainese and Cantonese specialties to its guests. This time, they have implemented more stringent health and safety standards so you can relax while dining, and feel safe at the same time.

Upon arrival at Hilton Manila, you will be asked to enter thru the Smart Chamber where your body temperature will be read. After completing the security check, you will then be welcomed by the concierge team and will have you accomplish the Tourism Health Declaration Form.

For a seamless arrival experience, you can submit your declaration form while on transit to the hotel. Just make sure you take a screenshot of the confirmation page and present it to the receptionist.

As you enter the restaurant, you will notice that table and chairs are well spaced to promote proper physical distancing between guests. Partitions are also installed on tables where guests dine face-to-face. Hand sanitizing stations are also placed around the restaurant.

The dining staff, on the other hand, are required to wear a face mask, a face sheild, and gloves. Once you are seated, you will no longer be allowed to transfer to another table, except when absolutely necessary. This is to avoid contamination of tables that will require thorough sanitization. Dining utensils are provided in a sealed packaging to keep them sanitized.

Below are the opening hours of Hua Yuan during General Community Quarantine:

  • Lunch: Saturday to Sunday, 11:00 am - 2:00 pm
  • Dinner: Wednesday to Sunday, 5:30 pm - 10:00 pm
  • Closed: Mondays and Tuesdays

Please note that Hua Yuan is currently operating at limited seating capacity. We suggest that you make prior reservation.
