Samba Latin Tapas is a tapas bar and restaurant located at One Bonifacio High Street Park, Shangri-La The Fort, Manila. Samba Latin Tapas serves small plates, Latin American-inspired tapas, cocktails, beers, liquor, and wines. It also serves selected best-sellers of Samba Peruvian Restaurant.

Samba Latin Tapas is a separate restaurant from Samba Peruvian Restaurant. As mentioned earlier, Samba Latin Tapas is located at One Bonifacio High Street Park and stands right across the park from the ZARA outlet. Samba Latin Tapas is accessible from 5th Avenue and 3rd Avenue.



Outdoor Dining Venue

Samba Latin Tapas currently offers outdoor seating only. Tables can accommodate two to three persons while observing non-face-to-face seating. Tables can also be combined to accommodate bigger groups (maximum of 10 pax). Tables are currently on a first-come-first-served basis.

The outdoor dining venue is mostly shaded by trees. Some tables are also located at the restaurant's veranda. The best time to visit is around the golden hour, approximately 30 minutes before the sunset (around 5:30pm to 6:00pm). During this time, the breeze will be stronger and cooler.

Samba Latin Tapas focuses on small plates and tapas that can be combined into a meal or shared with friends while drinking. Some of the best-sellers of Samba Peruvian Restaurant are also offered here, but the majority of the dishes are uniquely offered here at Samba Latin Tapas.

Conchitas Picantes (₱600) - Paracas scallops flown in from Peru were char-grilled and drenched in Rocoto chili ceviche caliente. Conchitas picantes literally means "spicy shells" in English. The spiciness is very mild which makes this dish perfect with cocktails or white wine.

Tacos de Cochinita (₱425) - These soft tacos are topped with pulled pork stew on a bed of mashed black beans, and garnished with slices of chilis and pickled red onions. The dish is served with guacamole on the side. This one is perfect with beer!

Empanada de Gallina (₱480) - These baked puff pastries are stuffed with chicken stewed in aji amarillo chili sauce with polleria cream and chalaca. The dish comes with a serving of spicy salsa on the side. These empanadas go well with beer, cocktails, or white wine.

Arroz con Mariscos (₱820) - A Samba signature, this seafood rice dish is cooked in a rich tomato-pepper sauce seasoned with paprika creole. The dish comes with calamari, octopus, shrimps, and scallops, and finally garnished with parmesan cheese shavings and fresh cilantro. This dish can serve 2-3 persons and is best paired with cocktails or white wine.

Patron Margarita (left, ₱420) is a classic cocktail made with Patrón Tequila, fresh lime juice, and triple sec. Pisco Sour (right, ₱420) is a brandy sour made with Pisco Portón from Peru, fresh lime juice, sugar syrup, and Angostura bitters. Both are very refreshing and best paired with ceviches and seafood tapas.

Hakuna Matata (left, ₱420) is a tropical rum-based cocktail made with Don Papa Rum, Gosling Spiced Rum, Paradise Mango, peach rosemary jam, pineapple juice, and molasses. Samba Caipirinha (right, ₱420) is a classic Brazilian cocktail made with Novo Fogo Cachaça, fresh lime, passion fruit, sugar syrup.
