The Nobu Suite is the only suite and is the highest accommodation category of Nobu Hotel Manila. The suite measures 68 square meters and has a separate bedroom, living room, a half-bath, and a full bathroom.

The Executive Deluxe Room is one of the two lead-in guestroom categories of Seda BGC, this being the newer one located in the expansion Tower 2. The Executive Deluxe Room measures 30 square meters and is available in a king bed and twin beds configuration.
