Chocolate Hour

Chocolate Hour is an indulgent experience unique to the Mövenpick brand. From 4:00pm to 5:00pm, guests at Mövenpick Boracay can enjoy unlimited servings of confections, pastries, and cakes made with Swiss chocolate.

During our visit, the Chocolate Hour was served at The Market. I had some pralines, chocolate coated bananas, cupcakes, and chocolate fondue. We also ordered caffe latte and caffe mocha (not included in the Chocolate Hour).

Swimming Pool

Mövenpick Boracay holds the record of having the largest swimming pool in Boracay. Measuring 3,300 sqm, the swimming pool is surrounded by cabanas and sun loungers. There is also a pool bar where you can order drinks.

The swimming pool also has a shallow section where kids can safely play. There is also a separate section of the pool with jacuzzi. Lifeguards are on duty.

I also like the convenience that the swimming pool is easily accessible from the restaurants. The alfresco dining area of Brezza and The Market, for example, are located right next to the swimming pool.
Punta Bunga Beach

The highlight of the Mövenpick Boracay experience is Punta Bunga Beach, a 400-meter white sand beach. It is located on the northern part of Boracay Island and is open exclusively to guests staying at the three resorts situated in this cove.

Punta Bunga Beach is less crowded compared to White Beach, the main beach of Boracay Island. Here, you can also enjoy the crystal clear waters and the powdery white sand of Boracay with more open space for activities like swimming, beach volleyball, and jogging.

Punta Bunga Beach faces the west direction so make sure you don't miss the famous Boracay sunset. I recommend that you experience the happy hour at Sol Marina or have a beachside picnic with your family or friends.
