Seda Vertis North to Open in April 2017

Seda Hotels, a Philippine hotel brand owned and operated by AyalaLand Hotels and Resorts Corporation, is set to open Seda Vertis North in April 2017. The 438-room hotel will be situated in Vertis North, an up-coming central business and lifestyle district in Quezon City. Seda Vertis North is the group's sixth property and its first large-format hotel which will primary cater to BPO business travelers in the area.

The lead-in room category is the Deluxe Room. Measuring 32sqm, the Deluxe Room is equipped with a 42-inch LED HDTV with cable channels; a media panel with HDMI, USB and audio-visual connectivity; IDD phone with iPod dock, alarm clock and FM radio; a mini-bar, coffee- & tea-making facilities; an executive desk; a safety deposit box; and an iron and ironing board. Complimentary WiFi and internet access are also provided.

The highest room category is the stately Presidential Suite which is luxuriously spacious at 128sqm. It features a master bedroom, a guest room, a living room, a bathroom with bath tub, and a kitchenette. Guests staying at the Presidential Suite also enjoy access to the Club Lounge with with daily Continental breakfast; afternoon tea and pre-dinner cocktails; all-day coffee, tea and non-alcoholic beverages; IMac stations; work tables; reading materials; a wide-screen LED HDTV with cable channels; and secretarial assistance.

Seda Vertis North will also feature three dining outlets: Misto (an all-day dining restaurant), Straight Up (a rooftop bar), a Chinese Restaurant that is yet to be named. Seda Vertis North will also have a health club which will include a gym and a spa. Other facilities include a swimming pool, a ballroom, function rooms and parking spaces.
