A Culinary Journey across the Philippine Archipelago with Chef Tatung Sarthou at Corniche Restaurant, Diamond Hotel



To welcome the month of June and to celebrate Philippine Independence, Corniche Restaurant at Diamond Hotel Philippines presents Philippine Archipelago, a Filipino-themed buffet featuring regional Philippine dishes prepared by celebrity chef, restaurateur and author, Chef Tatung Sarthou.



From June 2 to 12, Chef Tatung will tour us around the Philippines through traditional dishes from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, made with the freshest and highest quality ingredients from our farms and to our seas.



Diners will feel a Fiesta vibe through some of the classic Filipino dishes such as Lechon, Kaldereta, Chicken Pastel, Kare-Kare, Adobo and Hamonado. The freshest fish and seafood are also available at the grilling station.



Chef Tatung will also showcase some of the regional dishes such as the Tinuktok from Bicol and the Chicken Piyanggang from Sulu. The selection of dishes will change everyday so guests can expect a different dining experience every time they dine at Corniche.



Finally for dessert, there's Ginataang Halo-Halo and a variety of classic kakanin. Chef Tatung also prepared modern versions of pinoy comfort food such as the Salted Egg Brazo de Mercedes and Champorado Mousse.



There's also a Halo-Halo station where you can customize your halo-halo with your choice of ingredients and ice cream flavor of your choice for topping.



The Philippine Archipelago buffet at Corniche Restaurantis is available for lunch and dinner for only P2,380.00 nett per person. Guests can also avail of the Wine of the Month at 25% off. Guests with a minimum spend of P5,000.00 at the buffet will receive a raffle stub for a chance to win two round trip airline tickets to Cebu.
