A Taste of Istanbul at Marco Polo Ortigas Manila



Cucina, the all-day dining restaurant of Marco Polo Ortigas Manila, presents A Taste of Istanbul. From 08 to 15 October 2018, diners will be treated to a culinary journey through the exotic, fragrant and savory flavors of Turkish cuisine.



Featured Turkish dishes are available in various stations of the buffet. The Salad Station includes the Circassian Chicken Salad, Kidney Bean Pilaki, Roasted Eggplant with Olive Oil.



In addition to the Asian grilled meat selection, the Grilling Station will also feature Grilled Turkish Lamb Meatballs, Grilled Chicken and Grilled Snapper.



The Mains Station will showcase some of Chef Gürsel's signature dishes including the Spiced Chicken with Olive Coriander Relish. This dish goes well Biryani Rice from the Indian Station.



Among all the dishes, not to be missed are the Steamed Sea Bass in Paper with Vegetables and Herbs, and the Pan-Roasted Lamb with Smoked Eggplant Puree.



Finally, put your Turkish culinary journey to a sweet ending with the most authentic Baklava you can ever taste here in Manila.
