Sparkz Grab & Go is the in-house cafe and pastry shop of DusitD2 The Fort, Manila. It serves grab-and-go sandwiches, salads, freshly baked bread, and French pastries which can be paired with coffee, tea, and juices. Sparkz is located on the ground floor of the hotel, right across from the Department Store of SM Aura Premier.
Sparkz is a self-service cafe. Guests can enjoy their snacks with friends and colleagues at the comfort of the cafe's seating area or have them to-go and enjoy them at work or at home. Service is efficient, yet friendly and attentive.
During my visit, I tried one of their French pastries, the Paris-Brest, which is available in three flavors: Original, Peanut Butter and Jelly, and White Chocolate & Almond. I paired the pastry with Caffe Latte. They use Vittoria coffee beans here at Sparkz. They also serve Espresso, Americano, Macchiato, and Cappuccino.

With Chef Cyrille Soenen as Director of Culinary Arts of Dusit Hospitality Management College, you can once again enjoy his famous Brasserie CiÇou Kouign Amann right here at Sparkz.

They come in three sweet flavors (Original, Salted Caramel, and Don Papa & Raisins) and three savory flavors (Ensaymada, Chorizo, Sun-Dried Totamo & Basil). I tried the Don Papa & Raisin flavor which also went well my latte. It wasn't too sweet and only had a light rum flavor.
