The ube portion has the taste and texture of ube halaya while the macapuno portion combines the flavors of classic cheesecake with bits of macapuno. It can be shared by up to eight persons. The Ube Halo-Halo Ensaymada is served in a tin can and is filled with halo-halo ingredients such as red beans and macapuno.
