Raging Bull Chophouse & Bar reopens for dine-in starting October 8, 2021. Please note the following government-imposed restrictions while Metro Manila is placed under COVID-19 Alert Level 4 from October 1-15, 2021:

Indoor Dining
  • only guests between 18-65 years old are allowed
  • guests must be fully vaccinated, proof of vaccination must be presented
  • seating capacity is limited to 30%

Prior reservation is recommended.

Upon entering the restaurant, you will be welcomed by the bar area with tables and booths that can seat one to two persons. If you are here for drinks, this is the best spot for you to watch the bar tenders prepare the drinks you order.

Main Dining Area | Raging Bull Chophouse & Bar

The main dining area features an Art Deco inspired interior with dark wooden ceiling and marble flooring in geometric pattern. Tables are well-distanced to comfortably seat two to four diners. Tables can also be combined to accommodate groups of six to eight persons.

Semi-Private Dining Area | Raging Bull Chophouse & Bar

Raging Bull Chophouse & Bar also has a semi-private dining area which can accommodate four persons. This area is perfect for more intimate gathering among friends or family. Advance reservation is highly encouraged.

Starters at Raging Bull Chophouse & Bar

The a la carte menu features a selection of salads, soups, and appetizers. For the mains, diners can choose from a variety of premium beef grilled to your preferred doneness. Fresh seafood and other meats are also available for grilling. Complimentary amuse-bouche and bread are served for starters.

Caesar Salad - This is the signature salad of Raging Bull Chophouse & Bar. It consists of Romaine lettuce, anchovies, pancetta, egg, and topped with Parmesan flakes. One serving is good for 1-2 persons.

Ribeye Steak at Raging Bull Chophouse & Bar

Ribeye Steak - I ordered this steak as recommended by the staff. I chose the 350g Stockyard Gold MS 4+ grain long fed beef and had it grilled to medium. I love how the juice oozes out of the brown crust as I slice the steak.

Roasted Chicken at Raging Bull Chophouse & Bar

Herb Brined Slow Roasted Free Range Chicken - If you are not into steaks, this is lighter option that you might want to order. The chicken meat was beautifully flavored with herbs and grilled until tender.

Potato Gratin at Raging Bull Chophouse & Bar

Potato Gratin with Gruyere - I ordered this side dish to pair with my steak. I love the contrasting texture of the crispy crust and the moist potato slices underneath.

New York Cheesecake at Raging Bull Chophouse & Bar

Classic New York Cheesecake - The cheesecake had a well-balanced creaminess and tartness while the texture is firm yet moist. Adding sweetness to the dessert were the berry compote topping and slices of chocolate.

Bonifacio Penicillin (L) | Whiskey “Bull” Sour (R)

Bonifacio Penicillin (L) is made with Elijah Craig 12 Year Bourbon mixed with fresh calamansi juice, homemade ginger jam, honey, and egg white. The Whiskey “Bull” Sour (R) is made with Bulleit Bourbon mixed with Leyenda Amontillado Sherry, fresh lemon juice, homemade rosemary syrup, egg white, and garnished with rosemary & cherry shrub.

Dirty Blue Blazer (L) | Cowboy Old Fashioned (R)

The Dirty Blue Blazer (L) is warm cocktail made with Buffalo Trace Bourbon mixed with Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge, homemade cassia syrup, orange bitters, and dirty bitters. The drink is flamed before being served. The Cowboy Old Fashioned (R) is smoked cocktail made with Raging Bull bourbon mixed with Nectar PX Sherry, homemade vanilla syrup, cowboy’s bitters. The drink is finally smoked using hickory wood chips.
