The Steak & Meat All-You-Can promo at S Kitchen (Sheraton Manila Hotel) is available daily for lunch and dinner, starting from November 19 until December 12, 2021. For ₱2,888 net per person, guests can order unlimited servings of steaks and meat dishes, plus one glass of featured wine.
On display are the available cuts of U.S. Beef (Tenderloin, Chuck Eye, Top Blade, CAB Short Ribs Bone-in, Top Sirloin) and Spanish Pork (Loin Boneless, Pork Belly, Spanish Pork Collar, Pork Chop). You can customize the doneness of your steak and your choice of dipping sauce. Waiting time is between 10-15 minutes.
My top favorite is the U.S. Beef Tenderloin. The slice was thick yet the meat was very tender. I had it cooked medium and paired it with mashed potato, corn on the cob, grilled carrots, pumpkins, and sweet potatoes.
I also tried the U.S. Beef Chuck Eye. The slice was relatively thinner but it was equally tender. I also had it cooked medium and paired it with mac and cheese, French string beans, grilled carrots, pumpkins, and sweet potatoes.
The Featured Wines during our visit were the De Bortoli Willowglen Brut Cuvée (Australia) which we paired with cheeses and cold cuts, and the Villa Maria Merlot/Malbec/Cabernet Sauvignon (New Zealand) which we paired with the steaks.
