The Nobu Sunday Brunch at Nobu Restaurant Manila features a wide variety of classic and modern Japanese dishes with Peruvian and Filipino influences. Guests can enjoy all-you-can-eat dishes from the buffet spread and the a la carte menu. The Nobu Sunday Brunch is available from 11:00am to 3:00pm.
The Cold Action Buffet Station serves a variety of sushi, sashimi, maki rolls, sushi cups, oshizushi, chirashi, fresh seasonal oysters, as well as salads. The station also includes desserts such as cakes, pastries, parfait truffles, ice cream, fresh fruits, and green tea chocolate fountain.
The Hot Action Buffet Station features kushiyaki teppan items such as chicken, pork, beef, squid, fish, mushrooms, and vegetables. There is also a carving teppan serving roasted meat and wagyu fried rice. The featured meat carving varies every week.
Items ordered from the A La Carte Menu are prepared a la minute and served freshly cooked. You can order unlimited servings from the a la carte menu. Just specify the portion size for one person or for a group of diners.
