The Breakfast Buffet at Swissôtel Clark is served daily from 06:00am 10:00am at Markt, the hotel's all-day dining restaurant. Guests who booked a breakfast-inclusive room rate can enjoy the daily breakfast buffet during their stay (up to two registered adult guests per room).



Accor Live Limitless (ALL) Platinum and Diamond members enjoy daily complimentary breakfast buffet during their stay at Swissôtel Clark. Hotel guests who booked a Swiss Executive Room or any of the suites also enjoy daily complimentary breakfast buffet.



The breakfast buffet spread at Swissôtel Clark includes freshly baked bread and French pastries, continental items, cereals, fresh fruits, and salads. There's a wide selection of American, Italian, Filipino, Chinese, and Southeast Aian hot dishes.



There are live cooking stations as well where guests can order egg dishes, noodle soup dishes, French toast, and crepe. Free-flowing coffee, espresso, tea, iced tea, and chilled freshly pressed fruit juices are also included in the buffet.



Here are some of the dishes available during my visit. Do note that the variety of dishes is subject to change.



Here is a typical Italian breakfast consisting of cappuccino and a variety of French pastries such as fruit Danish and chocolate croissant.



Here is a chicken noodle soup with glass noodles and topped with toasted garlic and chopped scallions. Very comforting.



From the egg station, they offer eggs cooked to your preference. Here are the eggs benedict which I had with smoked salmon.



I skipped American/English breakfast and opted for garlic fried rice with a variety of Asian dishes such as sweet & chili squid and seafood curry.



They served Vietnamese beef stew that morning which I paired with steamed rice. The beef was super tender and the sauce was very flavorful. It reminded me of by breakfasts when I visited Ho Chi Minh City.



For a sweet ending to my breakfast, I had this crepe stuffed with Nutella and topped with chocolate.
