Dining Area

The restaurant faces the east direction. This outdoor dining area is the favorite breakfast spot among golfers. From here, guests can enjoy the sunrise and the cool morning breeze.

Across from the restaurant is a golf driving range where players can warm up and practice their golf swing in preparation for their golf game.

The main dining area of Baker J Café offers an indoor dining space that is well-ventilated. There are tables that can seat solo diners, couples, and groups.

Mini cakes and assorted confections are on display here. Coffee and espresso drinks are also prepared here by Baker J Café's baristas.

Baker J Café also has an air-conditioned indoor dining area that is ideal during lunchtime when the outdoor temperature becomes too uncomfortable. The restaurant's washrooms are also located in this area.

Chef Jean-Louis Leon

Chef Jean-Louis Leon, a native of Brittany, France is the Culinary Director of Quest Plus Conference Center Clark and is responsible for the overall management of the hotel's restaurants, including Baker J Café. Chef Jean-Louis Leon is also responsible for the direction of Baker J Café's menu.

From the Breakfast Menu

Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict - These are classic Eggs Benedict made with English muffins topped with spinach, smoked salmon, poached egg, and Hollandaise sauce. This dish is served with salad.

Complet - A complete breakfast meal consisting of free-range eggs (cooked in any style), homemade sausage and bacon served with roesti, sautéed mushroom, roasted tomato, mixed greens, plus waffle or pancake and detox juice.

Spicy Beef & Lamb Sausage Shakshouka - This North African dish is made with mixed tomato, bell pepper, and onion, cooked with poached egg and topped with beef and lamb sausage. This dish is usually eaten with toast or slices of baguette.

From the Lunch Menu

Steak au Poivre - A slice of pepper steak is served with mashed potato and buttered French beans and cherry tomatoes. The steak was moist and tender while the mashed potato had a silky texture.

Blanquette de Lapin - Baker J Café is perhaps the only restaurant in Clark (or the entire Philippines) that serves this French dish. This cream-based stew is cooked with rabbit meat and chanterelle mushroom. This dish comes with steamed rice plus a serving of râble de lapin farci (stuffed rabbit).

From the Beverage Menu

Citron Presse (left) is a simple and refreshing drink made of soda water with lemon while the French Mint Iced Tea (right) is made with English Breakfast tea and mixed with orange juice, lemon juice, and mint leaves.
