Cave Design
Buhi Cave Bar is known for its distinctive cave design inspired by the cliff-side caves inhabited by swiftlet birds. The main bar area is located at the mouth of the cave while the indoor sitting area is located further inside the cave.
Buhi Cave Bar is best experienced in the afternoons or evenings when the outdoor temperature is much cooler. The bar is also enjoyable during rainy days. Buhi Cave Bar also serves the guests lounging at the adjacent swimming pools.
The indoor sitting area of the bar has tables good for solo guests, couples, and groups. You can also book this space for your private events or parties.
Instead of cabanas, Buhi Cave Bar has these private dens where couples or small groups of friends can have their own private space while enjoying refreshing drinks.
Al Fresco Seating
I personally prefer the al fresco seating area of Buhi Cave Bar. Here you can enjoy the cool sea breeze while sipping on your delicious drinks. The outdoor string lights also make the area more aesthetic and romantic.
Live DJ music performances set the mood for the evening, starting with upbeat tunes to party music, and ending the night on the mellow side. I did enjoy the Reggaeton tracks that the DJ played during my visit.
Most of these guests here are Korean and Japanese cocktail lovers who come either as a couple or in small groups. I did see a few domestic travelers also. Overall, Buhi Cave Bar has a very young and international vibe.
The al fresco seating area extends all the way to the beach. This area is very spacious and is perfect for bigger groups. You can book this area for private parties.
