Sheraton Spa is the signature spa of Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort offering massages, body treatments, and facials. It is located on the ground floor of the resort and welcomes both in-house and walk-in guests.
Schedule & Services
Do note that a prior reservation is required. Guests are requested to be in the spa 15 minutes prior to the confirmed appointment. This is to allow time for the pre-treatment consultation and preparations.

Treatment Rooms
Sheraton Spa has six treatment rooms. Here is the solo treatment room where I had my massage. The spa also has couple treatment rooms.
Every treatment room has its own private bathroom with a rainfall shower, a vanity, and a closet to store your clothes. Toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers are provided.
Sheraton Spa Experience
I arrived 15 minutes ahead of my appointment for the consultation where I indicated the parts of my body that I want the therapist to focus on. A welcome drink was served while my treatment room was being prepared. I chose the Immersing Massage during this visit.
The session started with a food scrub immediately followed by the massage. Deep tissue pressure was applied to the focus areas I indicated in the consultation form. I could feel the soreness of my lower back and shoulders being relieved.
After the rejuvenating massage, I changed to my clothes and I was led to the relaxation area where I was served with tea and a small slice of spiced pineapple. Overall, I enjoyed my experience here at Sheraton Spa.
