Public Spaces
The hotel's reception desk is located on the fifth floor. This is where check-in and check-out are made. Next to the reception desk is a seating area where guests can comfortably wait for their rooms to be ready.
Also located on the fifth floor is the e-lounge which features iMac workstations. Guests are welcome to use these terminals to surf the internet. Free wifi and power outlets are also available here should you wish to use your own laptop.
There is also a seating area next to the concierge on the ground level. This is where guests normally wait for their GRAB Car or food delivery.
Guestrooms & Serviced Residences
The Deluxe Rooms are designed for leisure travelers who will be spending most of their time outside the hotel while Residences feature kitchenettes and dining tables which are ideal for business travelers and families on long-term stays. Suites are also equipped with a washer/dryer.

The Deluxe Room measures 28 square meters and is available with a king-size bed or two twin beds. It is furnished with a multi-purpose desk, a swivel chair, and a lounge sofa. It is equipped with a coffee and tea-making facility, an in-room safe, an iron, and an ironing board.

The Studio Residence measures 30 square meters and is available with a king-size bed. It is furnished with a multi-purpose table, a swivel chair, and a lounge sofa. It is equipped with a kitchenette with a fridge, oven, and induction cooker. There is also a coffee and tea-making facility, an in-room safe, an iron, and an ironing board.

The One-Bedroom Residence measures 55-58 square meters and features a spacious living room with a four-seater dining table and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, oven, and induction cooker. The bedroom is furnished with a king bed and a work desk. Other amenities include a coffee and tea-making facility, an in-room safe, a washer/dryer, an iron, and an ironing board.
Dining Options
Seda Central Bloc Cebu has two on-site restaurants that offer local and international cuisines. Both dining outlets welcome in-house and walk-in guests.

In-room dining is also available at Seda Central Bloc Cebu. The menu features Filipino and Western comfort food. Guests can also find more restaurants and cafes inside the mall. Guests staying in serviced residences who prefer to cook their own meals can buy their groceries from the Metro Supermarket located in basement 1 of the mall.
Misto Restaurant

Breakfast Buffet

Outdoor Swimming Pool
Seda Central Bloc Cebu has an outdoor swimming pool located on its roof deck level (17th floor) and is open to all in-house guests. The swimming pool has a lap pool section and a shallower kids pool area. The swimming pool is open daily from 6:00am to 10:00pm. Food and drinks can be ordered from the Pool Bar.
Fitness Center
Guests staying at Seda Central Bloc Cebu also enjoy complimentary use of the Fitness Center. It is located on the 17th floor, right beside the swimming pool, and is open daily from 6:00am to 10:00pm.
Transportation
Seda Central Bloc Cebu is located around 14 kilometers from Mactan-Cebu International Airport, the main domestic and international gateway for travelers to Cebu.
Airport Transfer
- Hotel Service - I recommend that you arrange your airport transfers directly with the hotel. Rates for a one-way transfer start from PHP900 for a sedan car. Airport transfers must be booked at least 24 hours in advance via +63 (032) 410 8899 or cbcebu@sedahotels.com.
- GRAB - If you don't have a pre-arranged airport transfer, I recommend that you use the GRAB ride-hailing app. When booking a ride from the airport, make sure that you select Seda Central Bloc Cebu as your destination. Fare ranges between PHP500 to PHP600 depending on the type of GrabCar (4-seater or 6-seater) and the time of booking. Travel time is around 30-45 minutes.
Moving Around
- GRAB - I also recommend using the GRAB ride-hailing app when traveling around Cebu and Mactan areas.
- Taxi - I don't recommend taking a local taxi.
