Fili Hotel Cebu is a five-star luxury hotel located in the South Road Properties district of Cebu City, Philippines. The hotel forms part of the Nustar integrated resort complex which houses restaurants, retail stores, and a convention center.
Fili is a Filipino luxury hotel brand owned and managed by Robinsons Hotels & Resorts. The brand showcases fine Filipino craftsmanship and warm Filipino hospitality. Fili Hotel Cebu is the flagship property of the brand with a total of 379 rooms and suites that feature upscale amenities and Filipino design elements.

All rooms and suites at Fili Hotel Cebu are equipped with a Nespresso machine, minibar, and SmartTV. High-speed internet access is also available and can support multiple devices. The bathrooms are fitted with a bathtub and premium bath amenities are provided.

The Deluxe Seaview Room measures 41-47 square meters and features a panoramic view of the Cebu Strait. It has a spacious sitting area, a Smart TV, and a minibar with Nespresso machine. The bathroom has a separate bathtub and walk-in shower. The toilet is equipped with a remote control washlet.

The Fili Suite measures 89-91 square meters and offers a view of the city. It features a separate living room with a sitting area and a dining area. En suite amenities include a minibar with Nespresso machine and a Smart TV. The bedroom is furnished with a king bed and features its own sitting area and work desk. The bathroom has a separate bathtub and walk-in shower. The toilet is equipped with a remote control washlet.

The Executive Suite measures 108-112 square meters and offers a view of the city. It features a spacious living room with a separate sitting area and dining area. En suite amenities include a minibar with Nespresso machine and a Smart TV. The bedroom is furnished with a king bed and features its own sitting area, a window-side coffee table, and a vanity desk. The bathroom has a luxurious bathtub and a separate walk-in shower. The toilet is equipped with a remote control washlet.

Guests staying at Fili Hotel Cebu will never run out of dining options available within the Nustar Resort complex. There are currently nine restaurants that offer local and international cuisines. More restaurants are slated to open in 2023/2024.

Breakfast Buffet
The Breakfast Buffet at Fili Hotel Cebu features Continental, Western, Filipino, and Asian dishes. There is a live cooking station where you can order egg dishes and omelets. The buffet includes free-flowing coffee, espresso, tea, and chilled juices. Read more ►
Outdoor Infinity Pool
Guests staying at Fili Hotel Cebu enjoy complimentary access and use of the outdoor infinity pool. Drinks and light snacks are served here. The pool is located on the 4th floor and is open daily from 7:00am to 10:00pm.
Fitness Center
Take advantage of your complimentary access to the Fitness Center during your stay at Fili Hotel Cebu. The gym is equipped with treadmills, stationary bicycles, free weights, and strength-training machines. The Fitness Center is located on the 4th floor right next to the swimming pool.
Transportation
Fili Hotel Cebu is located some 18 kilometers from Mactan-Cebu International Airport, the main domestic and international gateway for travelers to Cebu.
Airport Transfer
- GRAB - I recommend the GRAB ride-hailing app. When booking a ride from the airport, make sure that you select Fili Hotel Lobby of Nustar Resort as your destination. The hotel lobby is located at the back entrance of Nustar Resort. Fare ranges between PHP800 to PHP1,000 depending on the type of GrabCar you choose (4-seater or 6-seater) and the time of booking. Travel time is around 45 minutes.
Moving Around
- GRAB - I also recommend using the GRAB ride-hailing app when traveling around and between Cebu and Mactan areas.
- Taxi - I don't recommend taking a local taxi.
