Tinapay & Sampaguita Jam - Homemade focaccia bread with roasted sampaguita petals paired with sweet Philippine mango and sampaguita petals jam.



Sampaguita Boursin & Salmon Tartlets - Crispy tartlet with triple whipped and sampaguita-infused cream cheese and topped with smoked salmon.



Gambas Royal - Gambas al ajillo (Spanish Garlic Shrimps) on a bed of Lucban risotto and served with sofrito and sampaguita au gratin



Bistek Tagalog - Roasted beef belly served with grilled cauliflower, roasted rustic potatoes, monggo, and sampaguita caviar



Sampaguita Rubbed Pork Barbecue - Pork belly barbecue with dried sampaguita flowers, herbs, and homemade barbecue sauce



Mango Sampaguita Cheesecake - Made with sampaguita cream cheese and topped with mango jelly and blueberry



Sampaguita Polvoron - Toasted rice flour and powdered milk with dried sampaguita buds




From the FavorEATS Menu


Carne Paella - Paella made with saffron-infused rice topped with smoked ribs, Spanish chorizo, chicken thighs, and garlic aioli. This is good for 2-3 persons



Callos de Cebu - Ox tripe cooked in rich tomato sauce with chorizo, olives, bell peppers, and garbanzos (chickpeas). This is good for 2-3 persons and is best paired with steamed rice or bread.
