Citadines Cebu City is a serviced residence located in midtown Cebu City, Philippines. It forms part of the Base Line Center mixed-use development that includes offices, a residential condominium, a retail wing, a supermarket, and restaurants.
Citadines Cebu City opened in September 2019 as the first Citadines property in Cebu. Its central location makes it ideal for business travelers and adventure seekers. What is a Serviced Residence?
A serviced residence is comprised of fully furnished apartments that feature residential amenities combined with hotel-like services and shared facilities. Serviced apartments at Citadines Cebu City are individually furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, allowing guests to prepare their own meals.
Shared facilities include a fitness center, a swimming pool, and a launderette. Similar to a hotel, daily housekeeping service is available here, free of charge. Complimentary wifi internet is available in all apartments and public spaces.

The One-Bedroom Executive serviced apartment at Citadines Cebu City measures 48 square meters and features a separate bedroom and living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a sitting area. It is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, an iron, and an ironing board.
Breakfast Buffet at Citadines Cebu City
Guests who booked a breakfast-inclusive room rate will enjoy the Breakfast Buffet served at Abaca Baking Company, located on the ground floor. Wwalk-in guests are also welcome to dine here.

Residents' Lounge
Located next to the reception desk is the Residents' Lounge. It is a spacious seating area with tables that can accommodate groups of various sizes. This is the perfect venue for casual business meetings or catch-up with friends.
This long table serves as a co-working space. Complimentary wifi internet is available here. Citadines Cebu City also holds social activities and art workshops here and all in-house guests are welcome to participate.
Two computer workstations are also available at the Residents' Lounge. Guests can use them to surf the internet or to catch up with email and social media contacts.
For the Love of Coffee
Citadines shares its love for coffee with its in-house guests (residents) through complimentary coffee service at the lobby lounge. Guests checking in for their stay are offered a barista-made coffee as a welcome drink.
Throughout your stay at Citadines Cebu City, you can swing by the lobby lounge anytime between 7AM-9AM and 2PM-5PM and the barista-trained staff will gladly prepare a cup of coffee for you.
Swimming Pool
Citadines Cebu City has an outdoor infinity pool located on Level 9. The pool faces the east direction and is the perfect spot to catch the sunrise. There is a separate dipping pool for kids. The swimming pools are open daily from 7AM to 9PM.
Fitness Center
The Fitness Center is located on Level 9 and is open daily from 6:00am to 10:00pm. It features treadmills, a stationary bicycle, and free weights.
Launderette
The self-service launderette is also located on Level 9. Guests staying in studio apartments can conveniently wash and dry their clothes here at a minimal cost. Please approach the reception desk so they can assist you. The laundrette is open daily from 6:00am to 10:00pm.

Located in the retail wing of Base Line Center are Robinsons Supermarket and Southstar Drug Store. There is also the Uncle John's 24/7 convenience store. There are also several restaurants and food kiosks here. ATMs are available next to Abaca Baking Company.
