Holt’s Café is the all-day dining restaurant of Rosewood Hong Kong serving local and international cuisines. The restaurant is designed as an upscale contemporary Cha Chaan Teng (Hong Kong-style café).
The restaurant's menu includes a wide assortment of Cantonese, Thai, and Western specialties. Set menus and seasonal menus are also available. Holt’s Café is the hotel's main breakfast venue serving breakfast buffet and a la carte options.

Dining Areas
The main dining area has tables that can accommodate solo diners, couples, and small groups. There are semi-private dining spaces with wall partitions. The restaurant also has a terrace for guests who pefer an outdoor dining setting.
Breakfast Buffet
The breakfast buffet at Rosewood Hong Kong is available daily from 6:30am to 10:30am at Holt’s Café. The continental breakfast package includes dishes from the buffet selection plus free-flowing juices, specialty coffee, and tea. The full breakfast package includes the continental breakfast package plus a choice of one main dish and two side dishes from the breakfast a la carte menu.
