Empanadas (Starter) - these golden empanadas come in two flavorful varieties - one filled with seasoned Australian beef, onions, and boiled egg; the other with tender char oven chicken - accompanied by llajwa sauce made with chili and tomatoes.

Beef Oyster Blade (From the Josper Grill) - Grain-fed for 270 days, this 250g cut comes from 100% pure Black Angus MB3+ Black Onyx beef, renowned for its exceptional marbling and flavor. The meticulous breeding and feeding process guarantees a premium-quality steak that delivers tenderness and rich taste in every bite.
Executive Set Lunch

For lunch, guests can indulge in the Executive Set Lunch, where they can craft a personalized two- or three-course meal from a curated selection of gourmet dishes. We sampled the three-course option, which included a starter, a main, and a dessert. Our meal started with a freshly baked sourdough bread.

Sage Caesar (Starter) - A refreshing blend of crisp baby romaine lettuce tossed in creamy Caesar dressing, topped with savory anchovies, shaved parmesan cheese, crunchy croutons, and a perfectly cooked egg for a classic yet elevated starter.

Avocado (Starter) - burnt seasonal avocado with chia seeds and zesty calamansi, served with mixed greens, dried cranberries, and crunchy croutons, it’s a refreshing medley of textures and flavors.

Prawns (Starter) - succulent pan-seared prawns served with arugula salad drizzled with a bright and tangy passion fruit dressing. A light yet flavorful starter that balances richness with refreshing zest.

Lobster Roll (Main) - Tender lobster tossed with lemon, mayo, and cilantro in a toasted brioche bun for a rich, refreshing bite. Served with a side of salad and golden steak fries.

Philly Steak (Main) - Juicy steak layered with grilled onions, melted shredded cheddar, and house-made BBQ sauce, all tucked into soft challah bread. Paired with a fresh side salad and crispy steak fries.

Pan-Seared Salmon (Main) - Perfectly pan-seared salmon served on a bed of creamy humita, complemented by sweet cherry tomatoes. A well-balanced dish that pairs vibrant flavors with rich, satisfying textures.

Baked Alaska (Dessert) - a tropical twist on a classic, featuring layers of coconut, mango, and passion fruit sorbet over vanilla sponge, all wrapped in a caramelized meringue.

Enchanted Chocolate Mousse (Dessert) - a decadent creation topped with a layer of spicy chocolate ganache, served alongside a velvety cinnamon anglaise.

Citrus Pavlova (Dessert) - featuring a crisp pavlova filled with calamansi cream, honey yogurt ice cream, and topped with lemon confit and slices of fresh orange.
