The newly launched Presidential Villa of Taal Vista Hotel marks a new chapter for Tagaytay’s storied hotel. Once the private penthouse of Mr. Henry Sy, Sr., founder of the SM Group, and later used as the hotel's spa, the space has been thoughtfully reimagined. Today, it opens as a luxury residence designed for privacy and exclusivity.
Spanning 630 square meters, the Presidential Villa feels more like a private residence than a conventional hotel suite. A grand foyer opens into generous living spaces, while furnishings give the interiors a polished character. Curated artworks, handpicked for the villa, add personality and a sense of place.
Master Suite & Bedrooms
The Presidential Villa has three bedrooms, each positioned to make the most of unobstructed views of Taal Lake. Every bedroom comes with its own private bathroom featuring premium bath amenities by Appelles. The arrangement gives families or groups ample personal space, while keeping the villa’s shared areas suited for time together.
At the heart of the villa is the Master Suite, with a private living room and a separate bedroom. The bedroom opens directly onto the main balcony, while the spacious bathroom includes a bathtub standing next to a floor-to-ceiling window. From here, the lake becomes part of the bathing experience.
The King Bedroom is furnished with a king bed and has its own bathroom with a rainfall shower. A private balcony extends the room outdoors, offering views across Taal Lake and the ridge. It is a peaceful corner of the villa, with enough separation for guests who value their own space.
The Twin Bedroom provides two single beds, making it a practical choice for friends or family members sharing the villa. Its private bathroom features a rainfall shower, while the room's floor-to-ceiling windows bring the surrounding ridge into view. Natural light fills the room, giving this part of the villa an airy feel.

The dining area seats up to eight and is ideal for in-villa dining. Guests can order signature dishes from the hotel’s restaurants and enjoy them without leaving the villa. With personalized butler service included, premium dining becomes a relaxed experience shaped around privacy, convenience, and shared moments together.
Recommended choices include Prawns and Squid Ink Pasta, Grilled Turmeric Chicken, Pan-Seared Sea Bass, and Flame Grilled Lamb Cutlets, followed by something sweet. Molten Chocolate Cake and Pineapple Tartatine with Ice Cream make fitting finishes to a leisurely meal. Served in the privacy of the villa, these selections make dining feel relaxed, unhurried, and indulgent.
