Big Bay Café is the buffet and all-day dining restaurant of Kerry Hotel Hong Kong serving international and local cuisine in a buffet and a la carte dining set-up. The interior is consistent with the understated luxury design of the property with wide-open spaces creating a friendly and casual dining atmosphere.
There are plenty of seating areas in the restaurant. The best ones are located next to the glass window where guests can enjoy a panoramic view of Victoria Harbour. On a cool sunny day, guests may also choose to seat at the al fresco dining tables.
Dishes are prepared using premium and fresh ingredients. Dishes are grouped together based on the method of cooking or preparation. Food pavilions namely Steam, Grill, Chill, Fry, Stew, Dessert Lab, and The Nook are manned by well-experienced chefs specializing in a specific method of cooking.
Big Bay Café is open daily for breakfast buffet, lunch buffet, and dinner buffet. Dining guests can also order dishes from the a la carte menu. Big Bay Café is also the main breakfast venue of the hotel where guests can avail of the breakfast included in their room package.
