The breakfast buffet spread at Kusina Sea Kitchens also feature all-time favorite Filipino breakfast dishes such as longganisa, tocino, danggit, embutido, as well as their very delicious beef tapa. The Western selections include sausages, ham, bacon, hash browns as well as baked beans in tomato sauce.

The Soup Station features two to three choices of broths as well as a variety of noodles. During our visit, they were offering egg noodles, rice vermicelli and flat rice noodles and a choice of beef or chicken broth. A selection of fresh vegetables, meatballs and condiments are also available to match your noodle soup dish.

The breakfast buffet includes free flowing chilled juices, freshly squeezed fruit juices, fresh coconut juice, as well as coffee, cappuccino, latte and tea. One unique drink offering here at Kusina Sea Kitchen is their freshly squeezed sugar cane.

My breakfast consisted mostly of Filipino and Chinese dishes. My main plate has steamed brown rice, pancit canton, pork siomai, pork adobo, tortang talong, longganisa and danggit. On the side, I have a bowl of beef noodle soup, congee topped with pork floss and salted egg, scrambled egg and a small platter of fruits.

My top recommendations are the beef tapa which you have to order as they need to be cooked fresh before serving. We also loved their pork siomai which were very plump yet not too fatty. The pancit canton also tasted great, the noodles were perfectly cooked and very flavorful.

The breakfast buffet at Kusina Sea Kitchens is available daily from 6:00am to 10:30am. Walk-in guests are also welcome to dine for breakfast at P1,590.14 nett per person.
