Food Exchange Manila is the all-day dining restaurant of Novotel Manila Araneta City which serves local and international dishes expertly prepared by the hotel's culinary team. Inspired by an international food market, guests dining at Food Exchange Manila can choose from Filipino, Chinese, Japanese, Southeast Asian, Indian, French, Italian, and American dishes, among others.
Food Exchange Manila is located on the ground floor of the hotel and is accessible via the main lobby and from the streetside entrance of the hotel. The restaurant has plenty of seating options that can accommodate groups of various sizes. The interior is very casual and festive and features colorful murals depicting the diversity of Philippine flora and fauna.
Food Exchange Manila is open daily for breakfast buffet, lunch buffet, and dinner buffet. Guests can also choose to order from the a la carte menu featuring local Filipino and international favorites. In addition to its international buffets, Food Exchange Manila also runs seasonal, themed buffets.

Children from ages 13 to 17 years old will receive a 50% discount while children 12 years old and below can dine for free. To be eligible, every dining child must be accompanied by one full-paying adult.
