Food Delivery Menu, Payment Options, Delivery, and Pick-up



In line with the Sheraton's brand positioning as The World's Gathering Place, Sheraton Manila Bay launched its Culinary Courier Menu featuring local and international culinary specialties that families can order and enjoy at the comfort and safety of their homes.

The Culinary Courier Menu includes salads, sandwiches, pasta, rice specialties, local and international mains, pastries, and cakes. Customers can order between 9:00am to 6:00pm daily by calling (02) 5318-0788 or e-mailing sh.mnlsb.fnb@sheraton.com.

Most items on the menu are available for pick-up or delivery within 45-60 minutes, but take note that baked items, as well as Home Cooked Goodness dishes, must be pre-ordered at least 24 hours in advance.

Terms & Conditions

  • Prices are inclusive of taxes and service charge. 
  • All transactions must be pre-paid.
  • Debit or credit card payments are accepted thru a payment gateway to be provided by the hotel.
  • No refund or cancellation shall be accepted once payment has been processed.
  • Cash transaction is available for walk-in only.
  • The personal pick-up station is at the hotel's main entrance.
  • Please present ID and reference number upon pick-up.
  • A “NO FACE MASK, NO PICK UP” policy is strictly implemented.
  • For third-party delivery option, please advise the hotel on the details of your courier service.
