The Breakfast Buffet at Hotel Okura Manila is served every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and on public holidays from 06:30am to 10:30am at Yawaragi Restaurant, the hotel's all-day dining and buffet restaurant. The breakfast buffet is available for both in-house guests and walk-in guests.

The breakfast buffet spread at Hotel Okura Manila consists of Japanese, Western, Filipino, and Chinese breakfast items. There's also live cooking station for egg dishes and pancakes. Free-flowing chilled juices, coffee, espresso, and tea are also included in the breakfast buffet.

There are also continental breakfast items such as French pastries, freshly baked bread and loafs, cold cuts, sliced cheese, salad, and fruits.

Breakfast Yakisoba - This is simple Japanese stir-fried noodles cooked with thinly sliced meat and vegetables. I had with chicken. You can top this with sunny-side egg.

Eggs Benedict Breakfast Buffet at Hotel Okura Manila

Eggs Benedict - I had mine with smoked salmon. The hollandaise sauce was creamy and butter with mild tartness. Eggs Benedict done right!

Pancake Breakfast Buffet at Hotel Okura Manila

Pancake - I requested an extra fancy pancake with banana, chocolate, and raisins. I enjoyed this with cappuccino.

English Breakfast Buffet at Hotel Okura Manila

English Breakfast - I had sausages, baked beans, sauteed mushrooms, grilled tomato, and soft roll. I also ordered omelet (not in photo).

Fresh Fruits Breakfast Buffet at Hotel Okura Manila

Fresh Fruits - Served during my visit were watermelon, melon, dragonfruit, grapes, and strawberries.

Pastries Breakfast Buffet at Hotel Okura Manila

Pastries - Hotel Okura Manila serves really good pastries. The fruit Danish was soft, buttery, and flakey. You must also try the matcha-filled donut! I had cappuccino and orange juice.
