Highlights from the A La Carte Menu

Here at Benjarong Mactan, Thai dishes are customized based on your preferred level of spiciness ranging from non-spicy, mild, medium, spicy, to Thai spicy. Your dining experience here at Benjarong Mactan starts with their signature welcome drink of lime juice with butterfly pea flowers.

Tom Yam Goong by Benjarong Mactan

Tom Yam Goong (ต้มยำกุ้ง) - Benjarong Mactan serves the classic clear tom yam version which has a well-balanced blend of sourness and saltiness and umami from the prawns. I requested it to be medium spicy. I also love the rich aroma of the lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves. This hot and sour soup dish originates from Central Thailand.

Pad Thai Goong by Benjarong Mactan

Pad Thai Goong (ผัดไทยกุ้งสด) - This is arguably the most popular Thai dish you will find around the world. Benjarong Mactan serves the classic Thai version with well-balanced sourness, saltiness, and sweetness. A squeeze of fresh lime brightens up the flavors. Pad Thai is also a Central Thai dish.

Gai Pad Med Mamuang by Benjarong Mactan

Gai Pad Med Mamuang (ไก่ผัดเม็ดมะม่วงหิมพานต์) - This is another popular Central Thai dish which Chef Than gave a modern presentation by serving the dish in a basket made of sweet potato. This dish is made with chicken stir-fried with bell peppers and cashew nuts. The sweet potato basket is edible.

Mango Sticky Rice by Benjarong Mactan

Khao Niew Ma Muang (ข้าวเหนียวมะม่วง) - Mango Sticky Rice is the most popular Thai dessert and needs no introduction. Here at Benjarong Mactan, they use sweet mangoes from Cebu.

Benjarong Sabai cocktail by Benjarong Mactan

Benjarong Sabai - This delicious cocktail is inspired by the original Mekhong Thai Sabai. This cocktail is made with Mekhong Premium Spiced Rum of Thailand mixed with Bourbon whiskey, fresh lime juice, ginger orange syrup, and honey.
