Menu Highlights & Must-Try Dishes

I dined here at FIRE Restaurant during my recent stay at W Bali - Seminyak. I ordered from the a la carte menu consisting of two appetizers, a main dish, and dessert. The flatbread served while waiting for food was freshly baked and came with salsa and chimichurri.

I had the Novios Tomato Salad as my first appetizer. It consists of a salad of cucumber and tomatoes on a bed of green goddess dressing and topped with balsamic glaze. The salad comes with burrata drizzled with olive oil.

I also had the Seared Sea Scallops as my second appetizer. The scallops tasted sweet and fresh. It was glazed with Kalasan sauce to give it a hint of mild sweetness and spiciness. The scallops were served with mustofa potato (potato sticks), confit potato, and crushed cashew. The dish was also drizzled with kemangi (lemon basil) oil which gave a refreshing lemony taste.

I ordered the 200-gram Dry Aged Grass Fed Beef Tenderloin Steak for my main course. I had it cooked medium to make sure it retain enough moisture. The meat was super tender and the beef was flavorful. I had my steak with chimichurri which intensified the umami of the beef and brightened up the flavors.

I paired my steak with Babich Pinot Noir Rosé. This dry rosé wine from New Zealand has a refreshing strawberry taste that pairs well with savory dishes.

For dessert, I ordered the Lemongrass CrÚme Brûlée. The crÚme brûlée had a faint hint of lemongrass and is topped with passion fruit sorbet and longan fuits. This is a creamy and zesty dessert that will cleanse your palate after a sumptuous meal at FIRE Restaurant.

The service at FIRE Restaurant was friendly and attentive. The staff was very familiar with the restaurant's menu and was able to provide relevant recommendations. Special thanks to Dedi, the server during my visit.
