The Breakfast Buffet at Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach is served daily at Makase from 6:30am to 11:00am. The breakfast buffet spread includes local Indonesian as well as Western, Chinese, Japanese, and Indian options. There are live cooking stations for egg dishes, fried rice, and noodles.



In addition to the dishes served on the buffet spread, diners can also order unlimited servings of dishes from the tabletop menu. Please note that the dishes offered in the buffet and the tabletop menu are subject to change.

Dining Venues

Makase has an air-conditioned indoor dining area that serves as the main dining venue for the resort's breakfast buffet. There are tables that can host solo diners and couples as well as tables that can accommodate groups of three or more guests. Makase also has an outdoor dining area that is shared with Tree Bar.



The adjacent Pottery Cafe has an outdoor dining area that can accommodate Makase diners during breakfast. Tables here are set next to the garden with plenty of natural light and excellent air circulation. The romantic vibe of this dining space makes it a favorite among couples.
