Makase is the all-day dining and buffet restaurant of Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach serving Indonesian and international cuisines including Italian, American, Chinese, Thai, and Indian. The restaurant is open to both in-house guests and walk-in guests. Makase is also the main breakfast venue of the resort.
A la carte dining is available daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast buffet is also available every day. Themed buffets are also offered for lunch and dinner on special holidays and festivities.

Dining Venues
The main dining area of the restaurant is an air-conditioned indoor dining space with tables that can accommodate solo diners, couples, and small groups.
The adjacent Tree Bar also serves as an extension of Makase for those who prefer an al fresco dining space. Guests can choose to dine at the bar area or be seated at one of the tables facing the garden.
Breakfast Buffet
The Breakfast Buffet at Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach is served daily at Makase from 6:30am to 11:00am. The breakfast buffet spread includes local Indonesian as well as Western, Chinese, Japanese, and Indian options. There are live cooking stations for egg dishes, fried rice, and noodles.
