Chi, The Spa welcomes both in-house and walk-in guests. Spa services include a wide range of local massages and body treatments. Most recommended is their "Urutan Malaysia", a traditional healing massage combining Malay and various native massage techniques.
Chi, The Spa at Shangri-La Tanjung Aru, Kota Kinabalu is an all-villa spa. Each villa is divided into two sections, the massage room and the wet room.
The interior is inspired by the environment of Sabah with most of the structures made with natural materials such as wood and stone. The ceiling gives a golden shine, transporting you to the mystical land of Shangri-La.
