Sushi Counter

The Sushi Counter at Yamazato presents a selection of lunch courses and dinner kaiseki sets, each featuring a diverse array of sushi complemented by an appetizer, soup, and dessert. Guests may also choose additional sushi items from the Γ la carte menu. Seasonal offerings are available as well. Chef Ikuma Sato is the Specialty Sushi Chef of Yamazato, Hotel Okura Manila.

Teppanyaki

Teppanyaki is served daily for both lunch and dinner, offering a selection of set meals and kaiseki courses that feature appetizers, sashimi, grilled meats and seafood, rice, and dessert.
