The Buffet Breakfast at Conrad Bali is served daily from 7:00am to 10:30am at the Suku Restaurant. Resort guests who booked a bed and breakfast package enjoy daily buffet breakfast for up to two persons, while Hilton Honors Gold- and Diamond-level members staying at the resort enjoy complimentary buffet breakfast for up to two adults as part of their member benefits.

The buffet breakfast at Conrad Bali basically consists of an international buffet spread, plus unlimited servings of dishes from the breakfast a la carte menu as well as free-flowing coffee, tea and juices. With Conrad Bali being a participant of the Hilton Huanying program, a specially curated breakfast menu is also available for the resort's Chinese guests.

About half of the dishes served at the buffet are classic Indonesian and regional Balinese dishes. The buffet also features a variety of Western and Asian dishes, as well as Continental breakfast items, salads and fresh fruits. Guests can also order noodle soup and egg dishes from the live cooking stations.

The a la carte menu features the more premium breakfast items. To maintain their high quality, dishes from the a la carte menu are prepared a la minute and can be customized based on your preference. The Eggs Benedict for example is served with grilled chicken breast, but I requested mine to be served with smoked salmon.

I also ordered the Urutan Sosis (Balinese pork sausages) which is served with fried egg and Lawar (Balinese green beans salad), but I requested mine with Nasi Goreng (fried rice). It was a very simple dish but they plated it effortlessly well yet it looked very elegant and appetizing.

While the buffet spread is already extensive on its own, the dishes available from the a la carte menu is indeed a generous addition to the selection. I personally prefer the items from the a la carte menu and I do love the convenience of ordering from my table. The staff is also kind enough to offer coffee as well as drinks from the buffet.

Overall, my buffet breakfast experience here at Conrad Bali is comparable to an executive lounge breakfast experience, but in a larger scale in terms of food selection and venue. Similar to my experience at Waldorf Astoria Bangkok, guests here at Conrad Bali enjoy a high level of personalized and attentive service.
