Sample Dishes and Drinks
TRIBE Kitchen was my go-to place for coffee while I was staying at TRIBE Bali Kuta Beach. Here is my cup of cappuccino which I paired with a slice of cheesecake.
I also dined here for dinner. I ordered the Nasi Goreng Kampung Style from the menu of Afterglow Bar & Kitchen. The nasi goreng included a fried egg, fried chicken, beef satay, salad, and kerupuk bawang (garlic-flavored crackers).
For my first drink, I ordered the Greenland, a vodka-based cocktail with matcha, coconut cream, and agave syrup. I like the well-balanced sweetness and bitterness.
For my complimentary drink, I ordered the Royale Sling, a gin-based cocktail with chamomile tea, osmanthus tea, jamu, aloe vera, and lime.
